Lastly, an incision can be made in the armpit, or axillary. For the surgeon, this is slightly more work, due to the fact that there is a larger distance between where the implant will lie and where the incision is made.
When considering breast augmentation, it is important to know exactly the appearance the patient wants when the surgery is completed. If the woman getting the implants is not specific and honest with herself and her surgeon of choice, she will not get the look that she has in mind in the end.
