Pre Menopause Is Heralded By Just Two Symptoms.

The other symptoms of premenopause

There are many other signs of premenopause. Anxiety, depression and difficulty concentrating are some. Urinary incontinence or leaking urine is a widespread symptom. Joint pain and aching stiff muscles can happen throughout premenopause as a consequence of falling estrogen and progesterone. Vaginal dryness is another symptom of premenopause.  Drying of the vaginal mucous membranes results from low estrogen levels. Insomnia is also widespread during premenopause.  It may in part be attributed to hot flashes and night sweats at night which wake one up from sleep. Heart palpitations is another symptom of premenopause.  Palpitations are fast heart beats that are experienced or felt.  (Normally one does not experience the beating of one’s own heart).
