Women’s Fitness Kickboxing- Get Your Feet Moving Faster With These Drills

Baltimore women’s fitness students would love it if they could more their feet super fast. You’ve probably wished that you were super fast like the comic character The Flash at some time in your life. If only you had that gift to run faster than the speed of light. Unfortunately, human superpowers don’t exist yet. Unfortunately it’s not possible to move that fast yet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t train the body to move as though we are running at the speed of light. It’s better to begin developing faster feet now rather than waiting till your bones and joints get older. You can develop faster feet at any age though. Walking and running will be so effortless when your feet are trained to move fast constantly. If you want to develop your speed do this Fast Feet drill. Instructors that do the women workout routines Baltimore know that using fast feet against your opponent will tire them out especially if they don’t have the endurance to keep up with you.

The Fast Feet drill is the first exercise you are going to do and you can use a partner to help you. To perform the fast feet exercise you start off with your feet shoulder width apart. You are going to run in place getting your feet at least three inches of the ground as fast as possible. Your partner will be there to push you to make sure you are not getting lazy with your feet. While you are moving your feet fast your partner will say the word ‘hit it’ anytime they want. When they say that word you are going to perform a sprawl then get back up to doing fast feet. You’ll complete three rounds of this exercise. You’ll do a one minute round followed with a 30-second rest. You have to make sure your partner is challenging you to push yourself to the limit. You can’t be afraid to push yourself pass your limits. Women will love this exercise because it’s a quick way to tone up the legs and glutes.  Fitness boot camp Maryland programs are great about pushing their students to stay quick and light on their feet.
